Diego Meyer
Diego is a doer with heart, hands on deck, and vision. A trained electrician and passionate craftsman, he ran his own lamp shop in Colombia for many years, even designing and manufacturing street lamps himself.
His creativity and attention to detail were not only evident in his job – in his free time he also devotedly restored old Volkswagens and brought them back to life.
Three decades ago, Diego took a bold step: He emigrated to Switzerland with his family. He initially worked as a moving assistant, trained as a component assembler, and gained valuable experience in a wide variety of fields.
In 2009, he fulfilled a long-held dream: He founded his own company, MHDL. Since then, Diego has been more than just a craftsman, but also a problem solver, creative thinker, and reliable partner for his clients. With great dedication, he has steadily expanded his services – today, gardening and cleaning services are also part of his repertoire.
Diana Meyer
Diana is a passionate communicator with a strong sense of organization, quality, and interpersonal relationships. After studying communications, she gained valuable experience in marketing and communications at various national and international companies. From a young age, she developed an interest in business management and discovered her passion for strategic thinking and teamwork early on.
Through working with international clients, Diana developed a keen sense for diverse needs and expectations – she knows how to act professionally, empathetically, and solution-oriented. She's particularly uncompromising when it comes to housework: When it comes to order and cleanliness, she's not one to mess around – her high standards are evident in every detail.
Diana joined MHDL in June 2025 and now runs the family business together with her father, Diego. With fresh ideas, high quality standards, and a great deal of passion, she brings new life to the company.
